Why teams switch

Real-time shared state

You and your agents work one live board. Everyone sees the same truth the moment it changes.

Agents + humans, one plan

People and coding agents pull from the same plan and work in parallel — no side channels, no drift.

Autonomously prioritized

The highest-leverage task rises to the top — ranked per person, fresh on every read.

+Book a call

Work is autonomously rank-ordered.

Same work. Your order. It scores every task by priority, dependencies, blocking leverage, and deadlines — per person, fresh on every read. And it learns from what you start and what you pass over, so the ranking sharpens to how you actually work over time.

A plan your agents can't see isn't a plan.

[ 001 ]

See who is working on what, and who can unblock the team.

Every member, the work they are on, the most current progress, and who they are blocking.

[ 002 ]

Turn what you find into work without leaving the agent.

A bug found mid-session or a feature idea that lands while you are on something else becomes a task right away, one a teammate can start on the spot.

Change your mind without thrash.

Change the project direction when something important comes up, and tasks reorganize so your team is always handling the highest-leverage work.

An honest answer to what's nextWorth it with one agentConflicts refused, not swallowedIn-flight work left alone
O

What you'd ask before trusting it

Is this another orchestrator?

No. Orchestrators run agents. Ophanimus sits under the work itself: one shared task list, one live claim per task, and a recorded reason every time the order changes.

I run one agent. Is this for me?

Yes. Solo value is immediate: capture off-path work without leaving the current task, see blocked work labeled instead of lurking, and start each session from a ranked list of what can actually start.

What happens when we both edit the same task?

The first write commits. The second gets a typed refusal that names who holds the task, so the conflict is visible instead of silent. Honest limit: this only covers recorded work. Overlapping files, branches, and work nobody tracked still overlap.

So it's a thin wrapper over MCP?

No. MCP carries the messages; the contract is what they carry. Claims, leases, and dependency edges are enforced on the server, and shape changes to the graph go through a structural preview before anything is applied.

Does Ophanimus listen to every conversation?

No. Ambient capture happens only when a connected agent follows the installed Ophanimus protocol and calls its task tools. The service never reads your conversations on its own.

Where does my work actually live?

On the hosted Ophanimus service, in Postgres. The web app is where people work, the MCP install is where agents read and write the same board, and there is no separate copy anywhere else.

Does the ranking learn automatically?

Partially. The order is computed on the server, per person, fresh on every read, from priority, how much unfinished work is stacked behind a task, downstream deadlines, and how long it has sat unpicked. It also learns from what you skip. Your personal order is never stored.

Pricing that scales with people.

Billing questions, answered plainly

Do I need to save a card to start? Is there a setup charge?

Personal needs no card at all. Creating a Team Organization requires a saved Stripe payment method, and there is no setup charge — nothing is billed when the Organization is created.

How does the 14-day trial work?

A Team Organization with one human waits with no charge. Its one 14-day trial starts exactly when the second human joins. Personal never converts to a Team Organization; the two stay separate.

What happens when someone joins an active paid Team Organization?

The new person is invoiced immediately, prorated for the time remaining in the current billing period. You never pay for a full month the person did not have.

What happens when someone leaves?

There is no refund for the current period. The person is removed and your next renewal is lower by their share. If one human remains, the current paid period finishes, then the Team Organization waits with no charge until a second human joins again.

When does a cancellation take effect?

During the trial, canceling preserves access until the original trial end and prevents the first charge. On a paid Team Organization, canceling takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no refund. Cancellation never converts a Team Organization to Personal.

Where do invoices and payment details live?

Billing runs through Stripe. Invoices, receipts, and payment-method updates live in the Stripe customer portal, and Ophanimus never stores your card number.

Will I be charged tax?

Taxes may apply depending on where you are billed. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown on the Stripe invoice.

What if my card is not in US dollars?

If Stripe charges in US dollars and your card is issued in another currency, your card network converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. That rate and fee are set by your bank, not by Ophanimus.

Are agents included, or billed separately?

Agents are included on every plan, Personal and Team alike. You pay for people, not for agents.

Watch it work.

Hey there! Here's a little demo I filmed showing one way that this tool can be used and explaining some of the features of Ophanimus.
